Location: Brossard, QC | Full-time | Competitive salary + performance bonuses

Job Description HGregoire Toyota Brossard is seeking a New Vehicle Sales Manager with solid experience in the automotive sector and recognized leadership and team motivation skills. You are results-oriented, capable of bringing people together and developing talents to achieve and surpass sales objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and coach the sales team (new and used vehicles) to meet monthly targets.
  • Maintain and grow the customer base through proactive actions and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Set ambitious yet realistic monthly goals for each advisor and monitor performance indicators.
  • Know and apply federal, provincial, and municipal laws governing retail automobile sales.
  • Stay informed about product updates, programs, and promotions from the manufacturer and financial institutions.
  • Review and approve transactions according to internal policies.
  • Coordinate vehicle exchanges between dealerships when necessary.
  • Design and implement improvement programs for underperforming advisors.
  • Ensure the profitability of the dealership and optimize profit margins.

Profile / Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with proven team management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of auto financing and after-sales service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver’s license.
