Wholesale Parts Sales Representative – Capital Chrysler Quebec (Laplante Auto Group)
Capital Chrysler Quebec, a member of the Laplante Auto Group, is seeking a Wholesale Parts Sales Representative to strengthen its team in Quebec City, QC. This position is ideal for a customer service-oriented professional, motivated and eager to progress within a multi-brand and growing environment. Internal training is available for beginners.

Role Overview
The Wholesale Parts Sales Representative is the reference point for our professional customers (repair shops, distributors, and partners). You offer spare parts and consumables tailored to their needs and work closely with the parts team and after-sales service to ensure fast and reliable service, while achieving sales and margin goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and retain a portfolio of professional clients in the wholesale parts sector.
- Advise on OEM and compatible parts and suggest suitable solutions for repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare and present quotes, process orders, and follow up until delivery within deadlines and stock levels.
- Collaborate with technical teams and parts service to optimize customer satisfaction and processes.
- Meet or exceed sales and profitability targets through a consultative approach and cross-selling opportunities.
- Participate in inventory management and stock control in collaboration with the store and suppliers.
Candidate Profile
- 2 years of experience required; internal training offered for beginners.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer service orientation, and active listening.
- Good oral and written communication skills in French; English is a plus.
- Team spirit, organizational skills, and ability to work independently while prioritizing tasks.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts and workshop processes; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
