Warranty Administrator - Independent Contractor (Remote Work)
MASJ Services is expanding rapidly in the automotive sector and is seeking 1 to 2 independent professionals to support our development. You will directly contribute to improving our warranty processes and providing a quality customer experience.
About the role
As a Warranty Administrator, you will ensure efficient management of warranty files and claims, while participating in the continuous optimization of internal processes. If you have experience in the technical or after-sales service field, you are especially welcome.
Responsibilities
- Manage warranty files and customer claims: verify eligibility, apply exclusions, and follow up on decisions.
- Respect deadlines and guarantee fast and accurate warranty processing.
- Collaborate with after-sales, quality, and supplier teams to resolve disputes.
- Record and update information in management systems (CRM/ERP and internal databases).
- Produce reports on warranty trends and propose areas for improvement.
- Communicate professionally with clients and partners.
Desired profile
- Minimum experience: 2 years in warranty management, after-sales service, or a related technical role.
- Knowledge: automotive sector and warranty best practices; proficiency with IT tools (Office suite, CRM/ERP, databases).
- Skills: analytical mindset, rigor, attention to detail, ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Autonomy and organization: remote work with effective priority management.
- Availability: 20 to 40 hours per week.
- Assets: experience as a technical advisor is a plus; any experience in dispute management is valued.
