Guarantee Administrator – Independent Contractor (Automotive)

MASJ Services is expanding rapidly and is seeking 1 to 2 independent contractual positions to support its development in the automotive sector. You will be responsible for managing warranty files and contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage warranty files and customer claims, verify eligibility, and apply exclusions.
  • Track deadlines and ensure quick and accurate warranty processing.
  • Collaborate with After-Sales, Quality teams, and suppliers to resolve disputes.
  • Record and update information in management systems (CRM/ERP and internal databases).
  • Prepare reports on warranty trends and suggest improvements.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and partners.

Profile Sought

  • Good knowledge of the automotive sector.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, warranty management systems, CRM/ERP) with a high capacity to learn new tools.
  • Availability of 20 to 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to work independently remotely.
  • 2 years of experience required.
  • Experience as a technical advisor is an asset; if you have this experience, it will be welcomed.
