Job Description

Job Offer: Warranty Administrator - Independent Contractor (20 to 40 hours/week)

MASJ Services is expanding rapidly and is seeking 1 to 2 independent contractors to support its development in the automotive sector. In this position, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warranty files and continuous process improvement.

Experienced technical profiles in this field are welcome; any relevant experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage warranty files and customer claims, verify eligibility, and apply exclusions.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure quick and accurate handling of warranties.
  • Collaborate with After-Sales Service teams, Quality, and suppliers to resolve warranty disputes.
  • Record and update information in management systems (CRM/ERP and internal databases).
  • Prepare reports on warranty trends and propose areas for improvement.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and partners.

Profile Sought

  • Good knowledge of the automotive sector.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, warranty management systems, CRM/ERP) and ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Availability of 20 to 40 hours per week; autonomy and remote work possible.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.
  • Technical consulting experience is a valued asset.
