Job Offer: Damage Estimator

Your daily role:

• Examine damaged vehicles and assess the extent of the damages
• Conduct a walk-around of the vehicle to verify observed damages
• Take measurements and photos necessary to document files
• Prepare detailed quotes for clients and insurers
• Obtain and manage repair authorizations from insurers
• Order necessary parts for repairs
• Research and apply manufacturers' procedures and specifications to ensure repairs adhere to standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and the service team
• Inform involved parties of deadlines, changes, or special situations
• Participate in other tasks related to the success of operations as needed

Profile and skills:

• Proven experience in damage estimation or a similar role
• Bodywork experience (a significant advantage)
• Ability to manage priorities and work in a constantly evolving environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders (clients, insurers, technicians)
• Rigor, attention to detail, and a methodical approach
• Knowledge of manufacturers' procedures and specifications (preferred)
