Used Vehicle Sales Advisor – Saint-Jérôme (Confidential)
Position based in Saint-Jérôme, Quebec. Mission: support the development of the business by ensuring a quality customer experience in the sale of used vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their needs to offer appropriate solutions.
- Present vehicles, conduct demonstrations and test drives; clearly communicate features, history, and condition of vehicles.
- Manage the complete sales cycle: evaluate submitted vehicles, prepare offers, negotiate, close sales, and handle administrative follow-up, including post-purchase follow-up.
- Maintain the showroom and demonstration tools in perfect condition; utilize the CRM for lead tracking and sales process management.
- Collaborate with internal departments (financing, after-sales service, insurance/warranties) to provide a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales objectives while respecting internal policies and confidentiality requirements.
Desired Profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in used vehicle sales or a related role in the automotive industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, and negotiation spirit.
- Knowledge of automotive financing procedures and associated insurance options; ability to clearly explain proposals.
- Valid driver’s license; availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
- Proficiency with computer tools and sales management systems (CRM and inventory software).
- Professional appearance, team spirit, organizational skills, and autonomy.
