Service After-Sales Manager – Subaru Ste-Agathe (Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts)

We are seeking an experienced leader to head the after-sales service at our Subaru dealership and ensure efficient, profitable, and customer satisfaction-oriented management.

  • Rapidly growing Subaru dealership, with a steady volume of activities and a loyal customer base.
  • Current department includes nine mechanical bays and an alignment machine; expansion project underway.

  • Objective: optimize operations and maximize technicians’ available time.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Lead the after-sales department effectively and profitably.
  • Optimize processes for the best use of technicians’ time.
  • Monitor objectives, performance indicators, and daily operations of the service.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies.

Team Management

  • Engage, oversee, and support the team in achieving goals.
  • Develop a collaborative and professional work environment.
  • Participate in the development, training, and evaluation of team members.
  • Plan and coordinate service schedules according to operational needs.

Customer Experience and Continuous Improvement

  • Guarantee a professional and quality customer experience.
  • Handle requests and complex situations efficiently.
  • Implement practices that promote satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Motivating leadership and team-oriented approach.
  • Experience in team management or supervision (asset).
  • Customer service focus and ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with IT tools and operational software for after-sales service.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Conditions and Schedule

  • Full-time position based in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts.
  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • Salary to be discussed based on experience.
