Join Joliette Mitsubishi, a growing dealership in the Lanaudière region, and lead the service department. You will oversee a team of technical advisors, technicians, and clerks to ensure operational excellence and an impeccable customer experience.

Job Mission

Manage all after-sales operations (workshop, parts, warranties), ensure the department's profitability and productivity, while maintaining customer satisfaction and complying with Mitsubishi standards and health and safety regulations. You will lead and develop an existing team to achieve and exceed goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the service team (technical advisors, technicians, clerks)
• Manage workshop capacity, schedules, and productivity to meet demand
• Achieve and surpass performance, productivity, and profitability targets
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and monitor quality indicators (CSI)
• Recruit, train, and retain technical staff and advisors
• Ensure compliance with Mitsubishi standards and health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with parts, body shop, and sales departments
• Analyze key indicators (billable hours, effective rate, warranties, retention)
• Implement and optimize processes to grow the department
• Develop and coordinate operational strategies and their implementation

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a dealership service department (strong asset)
• Inspirational leadership, ability to develop and retain a team
• Customer and results-oriented with measurable outcomes
• Proficiency with management systems (DMS); knowledge of SERTI and/or KeyLoop appreciated
• Knowledge of workshop operations, parts, and warranties
• Organized, rigorous, autonomous
• Valid driver's license
• Bilingual in French/English considered an asset

Skills and Tools

• Systems and tools: DMS (SERTI), KeyLoop (asset), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Analysis and reporting: monitoring indicators (billable hours, efficiency, warranties, retention)
• Human resources management: recruiting, training, retention
• Health and safety: application of standards and regulations
