We are looking for a passionate and determined Service Manager to lead our service department with innovation and excellence.

Your Responsibilities

• Effective Management: Oversee the service department to ensure performance and profitability.
• Goal Setting: Develop performance objectives and define actions to achieve them.
• Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality, productivity, and profitability of the service.
• Package Updates: Adjust service packages according to changes in product and parts pricing.
• Workflow Management: Ensure smooth communication between teams (advisors, technicians, washers).
• Team Optimization: Assess and improve the performance of technicians and technical advisors.
• Team Spirit: Encourage harmonious collaboration among all departments.
• Customer Loyalty: Develop initiatives aimed at strengthening customer loyalty.
• Skill Management: Maintain an accurate record of technicians' technical training.
• Problem Solving: Propose effective solutions for customer concerns.
• Reporting: Prepare and update necessary reports.

Your Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role (Service Manager, Parts Manager, Technical Advisor, Shop Foreman, or Automotive Technician).
• Skills: Inspiring leadership and ability to work in a team.
