Service Manager – After-Sales Service (Automobile)
Context: Brossard Mitsubishi is seeking a passionate, motivating, and results-oriented Service Manager. Our after-sales service is recognized as the number one department in the Mitsubishi network in Canada in 2025. We are continuing our growth and looking for a leader capable of maintaining excellence and driving operational advancement.
Your mission
- Lead the after-sales department, overseeing both operational and human aspects, to ensure efficiency, customer experience, and financial performance.
- Plan, supervise, and optimize daily operations; establish and adjust schedules based on activity.
- Manage, motivate, and develop the team (technicians, service advisors, etc.) and handle recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Ensure compliance with standards, internal processes, and health and safety regulations.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience and handle complex situations with tact and responsiveness.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to improve results.
- Collaborate closely with sales, parts, and administration departments.
- Be present on the floor, support daily operations, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Report and propose initiatives related to the after-sales department.
Desired profile
Education and experience
- Degree in management, automotive mechanics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years of experience as a Service Manager (mandatory).
- Experience in an automotive dealership is appreciated.
