Service Manager – Polestar Brossard (Groupe Taddeo Auto)
Polestar Brossard, part of the Taddeo Auto Group, is seeking a Service Manager to lead and optimize the service experience at Polestar Brossard, in Brossard, QC.
Mission
Oversee all after-sales service to maximize customer satisfaction and operational performance, in collaboration with the departments of the Taddeo Auto Group network.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the after-sales service team (service advisors and technicians) to ensure quick and quality interventions.
- Set and achieve financial and operational goals (revenue, productivity, resolution rate, customer satisfaction).
- Optimize processes for reception, estimation, scheduling, repairs, and quality control.
- Develop, coach, and evaluate the team (recruitment, ongoing training, performance management).
- Manage customer relationships, resolve disputes, and ensure an exceptional customer experience with integrity and transparency.
- Collaborate with parts and sales departments to optimize workflows, margins, and additional services.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement actions.
Desired Profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in management or overseeing a service department; experience in the automotive sector is highly preferred.
- Proven leadership, excellent communication skills, and ability to unite a team around objectives.
- Customer service orientation, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and decision-making abilities in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of automotive after-sales processes and operational best practices.
- French required; English preferred. Proficiency in a service management system (DMS) and the Microsoft Office suite is prioritized.
- Relevant education in administration, management, technical fields, or related area; experience is an asset.
