After-Sales Service Manager – Car Dealership

We are looking for an ambitious, results-oriented After-Sales Service Manager capable of leading a growing department. You will directly contribute to increased sales, optimize the customer experience, and improve overall service performance. The role reports to the General Service Director.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise technical advisors, appointment clerks, and valets.
• Define and implement effective strategies to increase sales (billable hours, recommended maintenance, cross-selling).
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience, from appointment scheduling to vehicle delivery.
• Analyze performance indicators and deploy improvement plans.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and proactively handle complaints.

Profile Required

• Significant management experience in an automobile dealership (after-sales service).
• Strong sales and business development skills.
• Excellent customer service and client experience management skills.
• Motivational leadership and ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Personnel management and development.
• Analytical mindset and results-oriented.
• Good knowledge of computer tools, including Serti/Keyloops and the Office Suite.
