Roles and Responsibilities

• Management of the Service Department: In collaboration with the General Manager, you will ensure the complete management of the department.
• Human Resources Management: Supervise the recruitment, training, and coaching of the team.
• Setting and Monitoring Objectives: Set and monitor objectives to optimize department performance.
• Client Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service is provided.
• Compliance with Manufacturer Policies: Master and apply manufacturer policies.
• Quality of Repair Service: Maintain high standards of repair service.
• Procedure Optimization: Develop efficient working methods to improve quality and profitability.
• Adherence to Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of one year as Service Manager.
• Management Skills: Excellent personnel management abilities and strong leadership.
• Bilingualism: Knowledge of French and English (an asset).
• Adaptability and Organization: Strong adaptability and superior organizational skills.
• Software Knowledge: Familiarity with the Serti software (an asset).
• Customer Service Orientation: Service mentality and results-focused.
