Job Description

Integrated into the team, you ensure the smooth execution of vehicle preparation and delivery processes, focusing on customer satisfaction and quality of deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage preparation orders according to internal directives and follow up with the concerned departments (Sales, Finance, Delivery).
• Plan and carry out preparations through external companies when necessary.
• Check parts invoices and estimate the time required for repairs.
• Update the vehicle history with details of preparation orders.
• Track deliveries and meet the deadlines communicated to clients; correct any shortcomings as needed.
• Prepare preparation orders for all incoming vehicles and demonstrators.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory of the dealership and ensure the security of keys.
• Support vehicle inventory logistics.
• Ensure impeccable customer service and oversee the quality of delivered vehicles.

Profile requirements

• Relevant experience in the automotive industry.
• Bilingual in French and English (intermediate-advanced level both spoken and written).
• Customer-oriented with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of vehicles and their systems.
• Ability to work independently.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Resident of Canada.
