Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose clients' technical needs and recommend maintenance, repair, and performance optimization solutions.
• Provide clear technical advice and interpret diagnostic reports to establish relevant recommendations.
• Work closely with technicians to ensure feasibility, quality, and compliance of interventions.
• Prepare and present detailed and transparent estimates and technical quotes.
• Manage phone inquiries and follow up on client files until resolution, ensuring high-level after-sales service.
• Participate in developing and updating procedures, standards, and workshop tools.
• Train and support the technical team on advanced mechanical, electrical, and electronic aspects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, warranties, and best industry practices.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical consulting or technical supervision in the automotive field; experience with exotic, luxury, or high-performance vehicles is a major asset.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems; proficiency with diagnostic tools and automotive management/diagnostic software.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and technical estimation ability; excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Degree in automotive mechanics or equivalent training; relevant certifications are considered an asset.
• Proficiency in French; knowledge of technical English is an advantage.
• Team spirit, organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
