Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their maintenance, repair, and tire needs.

• Schedule appointments, coordinate interventions, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Provide a first-class customer experience and contribute to sales and satisfaction goals.
• Write and archive service documents (estimates, invoices, warranties).
• Manage parts and accessories (purchase, order preparation, opening/closing work orders).
• Collaborate with technicians and workshop managers to optimize workflow.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive sector.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read and explain simple technical information and simplify technical solutions.
• Strong organizational skills, teamwork spirit, and priority management.
• Fluency in French; English is an asset.
• Proficiency with customer management and estimate software (e.g., Carrus – workshop management software).
• Flexibility and availability for varied schedules.
