Service Advisor

Title: Technical Advisor – Recreational Vehicles (Saint-Raymond)

Introduction Dion Sports, a motorcycle and off-road vehicle dealership in Saint-Raymond, is looking for a passionate Technical Advisor specializing in recreational vehicles and customer service. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a technical or advisory role and knows how to combine product expertise with good listening skills to guide our customers to the best choices.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs to propose suitable technical solutions (ATVs, snowmobiles, motorcycles, side-by-sides, etc.).
• Present and explain the technical features of the products and brands distributed (Honda, Can-Am, Spyder, Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Lynx, Alumacraft, Mercury).
• Conduct demonstrations and test drives in the store when necessary.
• Work closely with the Sales and After-Sales Service teams to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.
• Prepare and follow up on orders, verify the accuracy of technical information, and coordinate interventions with technicians.
• Stay informed about new products, promotions, and financing programs to provide accurate advice.
• Participate in technical training and support customer reception and orientation at events and open house days.
• Track work progress, open and close work orders, schedule appointments, produce repair cost estimates, and ensure customer service.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical or advisory role in the automotive or recreational vehicle industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical information and related options.
• Team spirit, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize competing requests.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing training and stay updated on products and services.
• Knowledge of the mentioned brands and products is an asset; a strong interest in learning.
