Technical Advisor – Ford Elite Saint-Jérôme

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze reported technical issues and propose appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with mechanics and service staff to ensure smooth communication.
• Explain necessary services and provide clear and professional cost estimates.
• Manage appointments and service deadlines to optimize the customer experience.
• Keep your knowledge of Ford products and dealership services up to date.
• Follow up on customer requests throughout the service process.
• Track work progress, open and close work orders, and ensure traceability.
• Participate in the sale of complementary products and services when relevant.
• Respond to calls and provide quality customer service.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of Ford products and related technical systems (major asset).
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Team spirit and strong customer focus.
• Fluency in French; English is an asset.
