Experienced Automotive Technical Advisor – After-Sales Service

Léveillé Ford, a Ford dealership in Saint-Jérôme, is seeking an experienced Technical Advisor to strengthen a team dedicated to customer excellence and innovation.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and understand their technical needs; act as a liaison between the customer and technicians.
  • Gather information, diagnose issues, and prepare clear and precise intervention plans.
  • Propose suitable technical solutions, explain costs and timeframes, and recommend options in line with Ford’s values and warranties.
  • Monitor interventions, coordinate repair orders with the workshop, and ensure compliance with Ford manufacturing standards.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of diagnostics, repairs, and communications with clients.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of service processes and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborate with sales and parts teams to optimize proposed solutions and overall satisfaction.

Desired Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry (ideally after-sales service or technical diagnosis).
  • Advanced technical expertise on modern vehicles (electronic systems and diagnostics).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to simplify technical concepts.
  • Relevant diploma or certification in the automotive field; regular training in Ford or equivalent systems desirable.
  • Team spirit, organization, rigor, and ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency with service tools (DMS/CRM); capacity to quickly learn new software; functional English appreciated.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Skills and Tools

  • PBS Systems; Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); general computer skills
  • Knowledge of DMS/CRM and automotive diagnostic software
  • Fluent French; functional English appreciated
