Join Our Passionate Automotive Team

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Technical Advisor to join our team at Nissan Saint-Jérôme. You will be the primary contact for our clients for all technical questions and will play a central role in explaining and demonstrating Nissan solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Reception: Understand the technical and financial needs of our clients regarding Nissan vehicles and services.
  • Technical Explanation: Present the technical features of models as well as after-sales service options, including relevant promotions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Service teams to ensure aligned advice and a smooth customer journey.
  • Technical Demonstrations: Organize and conduct demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of clients.
  • Knowledge Maintenance: Keep your knowledge of products, promotions, and internal procedures up to date.
  • Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with service standards and safety procedures.

Desired Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position or in automotive technical advising.
  • Customer Skills: Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Simplification: Ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.
  • Languages: Fluent in French; basic English desired.
  • Qualities: Team spirit, organization, time management, strong customer and results orientation.
  • Dynamism: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
