About the Position

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Technical Advisor to join our team at Canadian Tire Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice on automotive products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and empathetically, and analyze their needs.
• Offer technical solutions and product recommendations tailored to vehicles.
• Proactively follow up on customer requests and resolve their issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the customer experience and achieve performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing training on new products and automotive technologies.
• Manage work order follow-up: opening and closing work orders, scheduling appointments.
• Produce repair cost estimates and answer phone calls.
• Ensure quality customer service and follow-up with clients.
• Actively contribute to the sale of offered products and services.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive products and mechanics.
• Customer-oriented and detail-focused; eager to develop skills.
