Service Advisor

Automotive Technical Advisor – Canadian Tire, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville

Job Mission You will be the main point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice on our automotive products and services. You work closely with the sales team to optimize the customer experience and guide each customer toward suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and empathetically, understand their needs, and propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Direct customers to relevant automotive products and services and offer quality recommendations.
• Proactively follow up on customer requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet performance goals and ensure an optimal customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training on new products and automotive technologies.
• Manage work follow-up: opening and closing work orders, scheduling appointments, and preparing repair cost estimates.
• Handle incoming calls and customer service, with customer follow-up.
• Sell additional products and services based on identified needs.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while demonstrating team spirit.
• Solid technical knowledge of automotive products and mechanics.
• Customer-oriented with attention to detail.
