To act as the link between customers and technicians, providing a smooth and high-quality customer experience throughout the service process.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet customers politely and professionally, guiding them through the service process.
• Assess repair and maintenance needs; offer clear and tailored recommendations.
• Schedule and manage appointments, optimizing technicians’ time.
• Communicate transparently about work performed, costs, and timelines.
• Open and track work orders; produce repair cost estimates.
• Manage calls and interactions with clients; ensure quality customer service.
• Sell relevant and complementary products and services when necessary.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Profile and Skills

• Experience in a similar role, ideally within the automotive sector or customer service.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Ford products and automotive services (an asset).
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with computer tools (MS Office; CDK Global or equivalent).
