Title: Automotive Technical Advisor – After-Sales Service

Job Description Established car dealership seeking a Technical Advisor to complete its after-sales service team. You will act as an intermediary between the customers and the workshop, providing professional support, clearly explaining recommended repairs and services, and ensuring rigorous follow-up throughout the repair or maintenance process.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and determine their maintenance or repair needs
• Open and accurately complete work orders
• Advise customers on required work and recommended services
• Present cost estimates and obtain necessary approvals
• Ensure communication between customers, technicians, and other department members
• Inform customers about the progress of work and any deviations from the initial estimate
• Explain repairs performed during vehicle delivery
• Perform necessary follow-ups to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Contribute to achieving departmental goals with a transparent and professional approach

Profile Required

• Minimum of one year experience as a Technical Advisor or in a similar position
• Good knowledge of automotive service operations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and set priorities
• Organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to explain technical elements in a simple and accessible manner
• Knowledge of dealership management software; experience with the following software is an asset: SERTI (Administration), Activix (CRM), SDS
