We are seeking a passionate and skilled Automotive Technical Advisor to join our team. If you are a professional in the automotive industry with at least two years of experience, enjoy providing excellent customer service while utilizing your technical knowledge, this opportunity is for you.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and empathetically, and understand their needs.
• Diagnose technical problems and propose suitable solutions.
• Advise on repairs and preventive maintenance, clearly explaining costs and options.
• Work closely with the workshop team to ensure quick and efficient service.
• Monitor vehicle repairs and maintenance and communicate regularly with customers.
• Build trust and foster customer loyalty.
• Manage work follow-up (opening/closing work orders), schedule appointments, and estimate costs.
• Provide customer service and promote additional products and services.

Desired Profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technical advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Solid understanding of automotive systems and evolving technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Team spirit, positive attitude, and commitment within a company that values each member.
• Driver’s license.
• Proficiency with office tools and internal systems (e.g., Word, Outlook, SERTI, SDS).
