Automotive Technical Advisor – Joliette Toyota

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Technical Advisor to join our team at Joliette Toyota. Are you an automotive professional with at least 2 years of experience, focused on customer service and technical expertise? This opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and empathetically, understanding their needs and priorities.
• Diagnose technical issues and propose suitable solutions.
• Advise on repairs and preventive maintenance, clearly explaining costs and options.
• Collaborate with the workshop to ensure quick and efficient service.
• Follow up on repairs and maintenance, and communicate regularly with customers throughout the process.
• Build trust and foster customer loyalty.
• Manage work follow-up, open and close work orders, and coordinate appointments.
• Prepare repair cost estimates and provide customer support by phone and on-site.
• Participate in the sale of related products and services.

Profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technical advisor or equivalent position in the automotive industry.
• Solid knowledge of automotive systems and evolving technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining outstanding customer service.
• Team spirit, positive attitude, and commitment to the company.

Requirements and Tools

• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook) and experience with administrative tools (SERTI – Administration, SDS).
