Job Offer: Automotive Technical Advisor — Joliette Subaru
At Joliette Subaru, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate Automotive Technical Advisor to join our team. You will play a key role by providing exemplary customer service while sharing your technical expertise to satisfy and build loyalty with our clientele.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and advise them on vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Diagnose technical issues and propose suitable solutions.
- Provide accurate estimates of costs and timeframes, and clearly explain the process.
- Collaborate with the technician team to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Monitor the progress of repairs and regularly update customers on the status of their vehicles.
- Promote maintenance programs, services, and related products.
- Manage the opening and closing of work orders and appointment scheduling.
- Handle calls and ensure quality customer service.
- Actively participate in sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service and/or in a technical role, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work as a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Solid technical knowledge of automotive systems and the products/services offered.
- Positive attitude, customer satisfaction oriented.
