Saint-Laurent Hyundai — Technical Advisor (After-Sales Service)
Saint-Laurent Hyundai, a Hyundai dealership in the Montreal area, is looking for a passionate and service-oriented Technical Advisor to strengthen our dynamic team.
About the position
You will be the primary contact for customers in the service department, ensuring a smooth and transparent customer experience throughout the maintenance or repair process.
Missions and responsibilities
- Welcome customers upon arrival, identify their needs, and prioritize interventions.
- Propose clear technical options and provide transparent estimates.
- Work closely with technicians to schedule work and follow up on files.
- Explain the work performed, timelines, and costs in an understandable manner.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety standards, and Hyundai standards.
- Manage appointments and maintain proactive communication with customers.
Profile sought
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position, ideally in the automotive sector or after-sales service.
- Solid knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance and repair practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service attitude.
- Ability to simplify technical information and facilitate customer decision-making.
- Good organizational skills and team spirit; proficiency in service management software is a plus.
- Fluent in French; English is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and availability to work during service hours.
