Fortier Ford, a new dealership of the GENX Automotive Group located in Montreal-Est, is part of a strong and rapidly expanding network. We are looking for a passionate Technical Advisor to join a dynamic team and provide an exceptional customer experience in a modern and air-conditioned showroom.

Profile Sought

• 1 year of experience in a similar role (technical advisor, automotive customer service, technical sales).
• Knowledge of Ford vehicles and their technologies, including electric and hybrid solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to simplify technical information and present it clearly and convincingly.
• Bilingual French/English; proficiency with computer tools and digital presentations.
• Team spirit, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset.
• Availability according to showroom hours and operational requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assess their technical and informational needs related to Ford vehicles and their technologies.
• Clearly present technical features, options, and benefits of vehicles, with a focus on electric/hybrid models.
• Collaborate with the service team to coordinate technical demonstrations, test drives, and customer follow-ups.
• Prepare technical proposals and tailored recommendations aligned with client goals and dealership capabilities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, programs, and promotions to ensure a consistent and high-performance customer experience.
• Contribute to achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals through a proactive and service-oriented approach.

Daily Tasks

• Follow-up on work orders and manage work orders.
• Schedule appointments and estimate repair costs.
• Handle and manage calls; provide service and follow-up for customers.
• Sell automotive products and services.
