About Longueuil Mazda
A member of the Auto Longueuil Group and recognized for its commitment to customer satisfaction for Mazda buyers and owners on the South Shore and the Greater Metropolitan area, Longueuil Mazda is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Service Advisor to join its mechanical service center located at 60 Boul. Roland Therrien, Longueuil. You will be the essential link between our customers and our team of technicians, providing a smooth, transparent, and professional experience throughout the maintenance and repair process.
The Position
Title: Service Advisor – After-Sales Service
Location: Mechanical Service Center, 60 Boul. Roland-Therrien, Longueuil
Role Type: Ensure a quality customer experience by managing diagnostics, customer interactions, and coordination with technicians and estimators.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon arrival, understand their needs, and gather relevant information for service interventions.
- Present preliminary diagnostics, estimated costs, and repair options, clearly explaining technical processes.
- Coordinate appointments and communicate deadlines, priorities, and technical requirements to technicians and internal teams.
- Collaborate with technicians and estimators to ensure the feasibility of repairs and quality interventions.
- Track work until completion, inform the customer of progress, and obtain final approval for repairs.
- Ensure traceability of interventions, prepare work orders, and manage parts and orders.
- Promote relevant Mazda services and solutions (preventive maintenance, original parts, warranties) to optimize the customer experience and loyalty.
- Comply with manufacturer policies and safety standards while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Contribute to achieving the center's objectives and continuously improve internal processes.
Desired Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry, ideally in after-sales service.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation, with the ability to simplify technical information.
- Ability to work in a team and manage stressful situations while respecting deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Mazda vehicles and service systems; knowledge of technical diagnostics is an asset.
- Relevant education (DEP or equivalent diploma in automotive mechanics, customer service management, or related field).
- Proficiency in French; functional English is a plus.
