Automotive Technical Advisor

We are looking for a passionate automotive technical advisor who enjoys customer service and technical support, for our facility located in Longueuil. You will be the primary contact for customers and ensure follow-up on repairs as well as technical support.

Tasks

• Welcome and advise customers
• Follow up on parts returns requested by manufacturers
• Track work progress and schedule
• Manage payments during transactions
• Open and close work orders
• Schedule and organize appointments
• Produce repair cost estimates
• Receive and filter calls
• Manage warranty claims and their follow-up
• Distribute work and coordinate the team
• Perform administrative tasks
• Sell tires and wheels
• Sell products and services

Profile Sought

• Experience: 3 years of experience as an automotive technical advisor (or equivalent position)
• Driver’s license: Valid driver’s license; manual driving experience preferred
• Software: Mitchell On Demand; GEM-CAR – Service Management; general IT skills
• Qualities: Organized, team spirit, positive attitude
• Certifications: SAAQ
