Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technical Advisor to join the Mercedes-Benz St-Nicolas team. You are the trusted link between the customer and the workshop: you listen, advise, and support each client with professionalism, transparency, and attentiveness. Training | Experience

• College diploma or equivalent experience in a similar role at an automotive dealership
• Experience with German brand products is an asset
• Experience with CDK/ADP systems is an asset

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in the service department
• Define the scope of repairs with the customer
• Estimate costs and timelines and communicate them
• Supervise the repair or maintenance process to meet promised deadlines
• Inform the customer of any additional necessary tasks
• Document all work performed and parts required
• Conclude the service and ensure follow-up
• Track work progress and open/close work orders
• Schedule appointments and manage calls
• Prepare repair cost estimates
• Provide quality customer service and maintain client relationships
• Sell relevant products and services to meet customer needs

Skills and Profile

• At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technical advisor
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Strong listening, analysis, and problem-solving abilities
• Rigor, organization, and customer focus
• Team spirit and ability to work in a premium environment
