Job Mission Provide expert technical support to the after-sales service, ensure reliable diagnostics, and propose suitable solutions to guarantee customer satisfaction and high-quality repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical issues in vehicles using specialized equipment and computer systems.
• Advise customers on necessary repairs and recommend appropriate additional services.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure quality repairs and efficient service.
• Stay informed about technological advancements and industry best practices.
• Manage customer complaints professionally and proactively, ensuring their satisfaction.

Daily Tasks

• Monitor work progress and open/close work orders.
• Schedule appointments and manage priorities.
• Produce repair cost estimates.
• Welcome and handle incoming calls; provide quality customer service.
• Follow up with clients and promote suitable products and services.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in automotive technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
• In-depth knowledge of GM vehicles and computerized diagnostic systems (an asset).
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
