Join our car dealership as a Technical Advisor to provide advice on repairs and maintenance, suggest additional services, and ensure an optimal customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and assess the technical needs of the vehicle.
• Clearly explain repair options, estimated costs, and timeframes.
• Offer maintenance services and tailored packages to improve customer satisfaction and dealership results.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and manage administrative follow-up of payments.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs and services are completed on time.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repairs, and sales performed.
• Provide exemplary customer service by responding to questions, concerns, and feedback professionally.
• Stay informed about automotive technologies, repair procedures, and dealership offers.
• Actively contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining a quality customer experience.

Profile

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer service-focused.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Customer service experience; ideally in an automobile dealership.
• Knowledge of or experience in mechanics to credibly advise on repairs.
• Sales experience or ability to propose additional services is a plus.
• Proficiency in cash management procedures and financial transactions.

Experience and Skills

• Minimum experience: 1 year in customer service (preferably in the automotive sector).
• Skills in customer relations and technical communication.
• Knowledge of mechanical basics and maintenance procedures.
