Technical Advisor - After-Sales Service (Automobiles)
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Technical Advisor to join our team at Joliette Ford Lincoln. You will actively contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring an excellent after-sales service.
Main Responsibilities
- Diagnose technical issues with vehicles and propose appropriate solutions.
- Prepare accurate and detailed quotes, clearly explaining the work to be done.
- Monitor the work and provide proactive service to clients throughout the process.
- Manage the opening and closing of work orders, schedule appointments, and handle telephone reception.
- Work closely with the team of technicians to optimize turnaround times and service quality.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of Ford and Lincoln products and industry trends.
Profile Sought
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a technical advisor or in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trustful relationships with clients.
- Strong technical skills and genuine passion for automobiles.
- Team spirit, curiosity, and willingness to learn and progress.
