Experienced Automotive Service Advisor

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to handle customer reception, advice, and follow-up in after-sales service. You identify repair and maintenance needs, propose suitable solutions, prepare estimates, track work orders, and handle billing while ensuring an impeccable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and manage appointments at the after-sales service counter
• Gather necessary information to identify repair and maintenance needs
• Recommend appropriate products and services based on the vehicle’s age, mileage, and overall condition
• Generate quotes and open work orders
• Rigorously monitor ongoing work and prepare invoices
• Order, receive, and bill parts on work orders
• Provide customer service and foster customer loyalty

Desired Profile

• Minimum of one year experience as a Technical Advisor or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Skills in computer and office software (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of CDK Global software is a plus
