Automotive Technical Advisor – Audi West Island (Dollard-des-Ormeaux)

Audi West Island, a premium Audi dealership, is seeking a dedicated after-sales technical advisor to join a team passionate about excellence and customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their technical needs during their visit, guiding them toward suitable Audi solutions.
• Clearly present maintenance and repair services, original Audi parts, and available options.
• Coordinate with the workshop and technicians to plan interventions and ensure meticulous follow-up on customer files.
• Prepare and present accurate estimates, explaining technical aspects and costs in an accessible manner.
• Simplify technical information to provide a smooth and personalized customer experience.
• Actively participate in achieving customer satisfaction and loyalty objectives.
• Follow up on work, enter and close work orders, and provide customer service (including sale of tires, wheels, and products/services).

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position (technical advisor, after-sales service, or customer relationship management in the automotive sector).
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and service-oriented.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts and propose suitable solutions.
• Team spirit, good organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Audi models and original parts is an asset; familiarity with computer systems and service management tools is appreciated.
• Fluent in French; operational English is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Computer skills and experience with management software (SERTI – Administration or equivalent).
