Technical Advisor – Automotive after-sales service

Responsibilities
- Advise customers on their vehicle needs and related interventions.
- Open and close work orders and ensure thorough follow-up on interventions.
- Explain costs and billing clearly and professionally.
- Manage appointment scheduling and customer follow-up.
- Produce repair estimates and propose suitable solutions.
- Respond to calls and provide quality customer service.
- Assist in selling additional products and services.
- Collaborate with technicians and the team to ensure a smooth experience.
Profile sought
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a technical advisor in a car dealership or garage.
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency with computer tools; knowledge of Serti software is an asset.
- Team spirit, proactive, and autonomous.
- Friendly, professional, and capable of evolving in a dynamic environment.
Conditions and benefits
- Full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. (early opening on Fridays until 3 p.m.).
