Your Missions

  • Welcome customers and understand their needs; clearly explain the recommended interventions.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on repairs and maintenance with technicians, respecting deadlines.
  • Prepare accurate and transparent estimates; communicate costs and options associated.
  • Explain diagnostics and repairs in a simple and accessible manner; ensure customer understanding.
  • Follow after-sales procedures and ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Update customer records and document interventions in the management system.
  • Offer services and solutions tailored to Cadillac vehicles when appropriate.
  • Work closely with the teams (finance and sales) to optimize the customer experience.
  • Follow up on work orders (opening/closing) and manage appointments.
  • Produce repair cost estimates and answer incoming customer calls.
  • Provide impeccable customer service and follow-up.

Profile Sought

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (automotive dealership, after-sales service, or workshop).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French; English is an asset.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic tools and automotive maintenance processes; ability to interpret technical reports.
  • Proficiency with workshop management systems and common computer software.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with good prioritization and stress management.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Team spirit, customer service orientation, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds software is an asset.

Skills and Tools

  • Diagnosing and explaining diagnostics to customers
  • Managing estimates and repair costs
  • Workshop management systems (and common computer software)
  • Reynolds & Reynolds (asset)
