Automotive Technical Advisor – Full Time

Based in the Brossard area, Mega Kia Brossard is seeking a full-time Technical Advisor to join its professional and innovative team. One full-time position available. Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
- Inform clients about necessary maintenance and available options.
- Prepare quotes and handle administrative follow-up of requests.
- Monitor the progress of work in the workshop and communicate regularly with clients.
- Provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction (CSI).
- Follow internal procedures and established deadlines.
- Collaborate with the workshop and parts teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Profile Sought
- Customer-oriented attitude and passion for human contact.
- Knowledge of the automotive field.
- Ability to understand and convey technical information and estimates.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the automotive sector.
- Ability to work in a workshop environment and manage priorities.
- Motivation to undergo training and evolve professionally.

Experience and Skills
- Experience: 1 year as a technical advisor or in a similar position within the automotive sector.
