Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
• Inform clients about necessary maintenance and available options.
• Prepare quotes and handle administrative follow-up of requests.
• Monitor the progress of work in the workshop and communicate regularly with clients.
• Provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction (CSI).
• Follow internal procedures and established deadlines.
• Collaborate with the workshop and parts teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Profile Sought

• Ability to understand and convey technical information and estimates.

Experience and Skills

• Experience: 1 year as a technical advisor or in a similar position within the automotive sector.
