Garage Marcil, located in Brossard, Quebec, is seeking a passionate Automotive Technical Advisor to join its dynamic team. You are the essential link between customers and the workshop: listening, explaining interventions, and proposing tailored solutions while providing an exemplary customer experience. You contribute to the success of the after-sales service by ensuring clarity of information, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs and concerns
• Explain recommended repairs and maintenance clearly and accessibly
• Collaborate with technicians to diagnose problems and propose suitable solutions
• Prepare and coordinate estimates and intervention plans
• Present service options and assist the customer in decision-making
• Track customer files and follow up on interventions and satisfaction
• Ensure adherence to procedures, safety standards, and quality
• Participate in continuous improvement of service processes
• Follow up on work, open and close work orders, organize appointments
• Produce repair cost estimates and ensure customer service

• No prior experience required; training or experience in automotive appreciated
