Garage Marcil is looking for a passionate Automotive Technical Advisor to join a dynamic team. You are the key link between customers and the workshop, listening, explaining interventions, and proposing tailored solutions while ensuring an exemplary customer experience. You contribute to the success of after-sales service by guaranteeing clarity, quality, and safety.

Mission Ensure clear communication between customers and the workshop, propose relevant technical solutions, and oversee customer satisfaction throughout the intervention and repair process.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs and concerns
• Explain recommended repairs and maintenance in accessible language
• Collaborate with technicians to diagnose issues and propose appropriate solutions
• Prepare estimates and intervention plans in coordination with the team
• Present service options and assist the customer in decision-making
• Track customer records and follow up on interventions and satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with procedures, safety, and quality standards
• Participate in continuous improvement of service processes
• Manage daily operational tasks (opening/closing work orders, appointment scheduling)
• Produce repair cost estimates and provide customer service
• Follow up with clients and promote the sale of products and services

Profile Sought

• No experience required; training or experience in automotive is an asset
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to simplify technical concepts and listen attentively
• Team spirit, rigor, and professionalism
• Organization, attention to detail, and time management
• Interest in automotive and a willingness to learn and improve
