Boisvert Ford, a dealership located in Boucherville, is seeking a Technical Advisor to ensure excellent customer service within our service center.

Job Description

• Welcome customers and understand their technical needs in collaboration with the service after-sales team.
• Clearly explain diagnostics, repairs, and expected costs, then propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present service estimates, monitor repairs, and communicate timelines to customers.
• Work closely with technicians and sales staff to optimize the customer experience and service turnaround times.
• Participate in updating customer records and traceability of interventions in the workshop’s computer systems.
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety, while adhering to the dealership and industry standards and procedures.

Profile

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role or in technical customer service.
• Good knowledge of vehicles and automotive systems; relevant training is an asset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to clearly explain technical concepts.
• Team spirit, analytical thinking, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in French; English is an asset.
• Proficiency in computer tools and CRM/ERP processes.
