Automotive Technical Advisor – Customer Service and After-Sales Support (Mercedes-Benz, Boucherville)

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Technical Advisor to ensure a premium customer experience and support the workshop in managing daily interventions, warranties, and appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close work orders and monitor the progress of interventions.
• Prepare appointments and the following day’s schedule.
• Manage the courtesy vehicle fleet and ensure their availability.
• Answer calls, schedule and confirm customer appointments.
• Track ordered parts and communicate estimated delivery times.
• Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans; handle requests related to extended warranties.
• Work with various internal IT platforms (CRM/ERP) and ensure the traceability of files.
• Collaborate with the technical team to optimize the customer experience and intervention timelines.
