The Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to strengthen a solid and passionate team. The ideal candidate has a strong customer service orientation and the ability to manage operational activities independently.

Profile Sought

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive or truck industry
• Excellent sense of customer service and ability to listen to clients' needs
• Professional communication skills and ability to interact with clients and teams
• Autonomy, good judgment, and resourcefulness
• Proficiency in English is an asset
• Knowledge of Gem-Car, AllData, or ShopKey software is appreciated

Main Responsibilities

• Greet clients and accurately assess their needs
• Advise and sell appropriate repairs and maintenance
• Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and condition, in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
• Open work orders, prepare estimates, complete files, and perform billing
• Follow up on work to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
• Manage appointments, calls, and customer service
• Follow up with clients and promote products and services offered
