Sales Secretary – High-End Automotive

Context: Join an exceptional sales team within a premium dealership. The position requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and a strong affinity for the high-end automotive universe.

Main Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and utilize customer data in the CRM; follow up on leads and generate operational reports on sales activity.
• Manage the archiving and organization of files, prepare supporting documents, and contribute to the optimization of administrative processes.
• Establish and monitor sales files; prepare documents and liaise with internal departments (billing, after-sales service) for a seamless customer experience.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Handle daily office tasks and correspondences related to sales activities.

Desired Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of secretarial experience, ideally in the automotive industry or within a sales team.
• Fluent in French; English is an asset, and bilingualism is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot); knowledge of billing and document management software.
• Excellent organizational skills, customer service orientation, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously with accuracy.
• Discretion, reliability, and professionalism; ability to work in a premium environment and communicate with demanding clients.
• Team spirit, stress management, and solutions-oriented mindset; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
