New and Used Sales Director – Mauricie Toyota (St-Louis Group)
Mauricie Toyota is seeking a New and Used Sales Director to lead the sales team and oversee all activities related to the sale of new and used vehicles. The successful candidate will actively contribute to sales growth, optimize the customer experience, and improve the overall performance of the department.

Key Responsibilities
- Business objectives: define, align, and achieve sales targets, market share, and profitability.
- Team management: supervise, coach, and develop the sales team; ensure recruitment and onboarding.
- Commercial strategy: develop sales plans in collaboration with finance, parts, and service departments.
- Analysis and performance: manage the sales cycle, CRM, and performance reports; adjust strategies accordingly.
- Customer experience: ensure a quality customer experience and resolve issues efficiently.
- Marketing and launches: oversee local campaigns and model launches in conjunction with St-Louis Group.
- Budget management: optimize costs, margins, and promotions according to Toyota standards.
- Development: promote fleet sales and professional partnerships.
Key Tasks
- Vehicle purchasing (new and used) and managing acquisitions at auctions and on web platforms.
- Closing sales (closing / TO) and managing associated administrative tasks.
- Inventory and budget management.
- Dealership exchanges and vehicle evaluations (including electric vehicles).
- Implementing and monitoring sales strategies.
Profile Required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive sales management.
- Proven experience in team management, strategic planning, budget management, and customer service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Autonomy, analytical thinking, and high adaptability.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
- Fluency in French; English is an asset.
- Relevant degree in administration, marketing, or business management is a plus.
