Sales Director – Automotive

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement sales strategies aligned with revenue and growth objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team (new and used cars), fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to adapt the offerings and sales approaches.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from pipeline to closing transactions, and oversee forecasting and reporting.
  • Manage the sales budget, objectives, and performance indicators.
  • Work closely with marketing to design and coordinate effective campaigns and promotions.
  • Optimize inventory management and coordinate with operations and dealerships to ensure appropriate availability.
  • Represent the company at industry exchanges and partner events.

Profile Sought

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management position; experience in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Proven leadership and ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Good knowledge of the automotive market and industry dynamics.
  • Degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Analytical mindset, results-oriented, and capable of making data-driven decisions.
