Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement sales strategies aligned with revenue and growth objectives.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team (new and used cars), fostering a high-performance culture.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to adapt the offerings and sales approaches.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from pipeline to closing transactions, and oversee forecasting and reporting.
- Manage the sales budget, objectives, and performance indicators.
- Work closely with marketing to design and coordinate effective campaigns and promotions.
- Optimize inventory management and coordinate with operations and dealerships to ensure appropriate availability.
- Represent the company at industry exchanges and partner events.
Profile Sought
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management position; experience in the automotive industry preferred.
- Proven leadership and ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Good knowledge of the automotive market and industry dynamics.
- Degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Analytical mindset, results-oriented, and capable of making data-driven decisions.
