New Vehicle Sales Manager – Léveillé Ford, Saint-Jérôme
Léveillé Ford is seeking a dynamic and motivating New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our new vehicle department. Under the supervision of the General Sales Manager, you will drive performance, ensure the achievement of targets, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the sales advisors team to maximize performance and engagement.
- Organize daily sales floor planning (schedules, breaks, coverage) and optimize resources.
- Rigorously integrate and follow up on all leads (walk-in, walk-out, phone-up) to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Enforce strict adherence to sales processes and CRM follow-up (Activix, PBS, or equivalents).
- Analyze performance reports, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and communicate accurate financial and operational reports to management.
- Oversee the New and Used Car Sales departments; contribute to developing strategies to meet sales and margin objectives.
- Operational sales management: vehicle purchasing (auctions and online platforms), inventory management, and budget monitoring.
- Administrative and cross-functional management of departmental activities.
Profile Sought
- Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive sales management.
- Natural leadership, rigor, initiative, and accountability.
- Excellent analytical and adaptability skills.
- Strong communication, coaching, and team management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Activix, PBS, or equivalents).
- Passion for performance and customer experience.
