Sales Manager – Ford St-Basile (Saint-Basile-le-Grand)
Ford St-Basile, a Ford dealership, is seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales department and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team; set clear objectives and monitor KPIs.
- Oversee the sales process from greeting to closing; ensure a flawless customer experience and optimize conversion rates.
- Train and coach sales staff; promote autonomy and achievement of individual and team goals.
- Participate in vehicle sales when necessary, while providing leadership and supervision of the team’s sales.
- Manage follow-up of leads and opportunities via EZdeal and Activix; ensure reliable reporting.
- Guarantee evening availability and adjust schedules to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal departments (service, financing, reception) to maximize customer satisfaction and margins.
- Supervise the new and used vehicle departments; optimize performance and stock turnover.
- Manage inventory, budget, and schedules; implement commercial strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Operational tasks: vehicle purchasing (auctions and online platforms), inter-dealership exchanges, vehicle evaluation, and appraisal.
Desired Profile:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in auto sales or equivalent position.
- Ability to sell vehicles personally while training and supervising less experienced salespeople.
- Excellent sales techniques and efficient opportunity management.
- Availability to work evenings.
- Methodical, rigorous, results-oriented, and good communicator.
- Proficiency with EZdeal and Activix (or quick ability to demonstrate adaptability).
- Proactive attitude, natural leadership, and strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Ford products and interest in industry updates.
