Ville-Marie Kia, a well-known dealership in Montreal, is looking for a New Vehicles Sales Director to support team performance and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Define and implement sales strategies aligned with dealership and manufacturer objectives.
• Optimize the entire sales process, from welcoming the customer to delivery, ensuring an exemplary customer experience.
• Analyze performance indicators (sales, profitability, CRM) and deploy operational action plans.
• Coordinate activities with the financing, marketing, and after-sales departments to ensure effective collaboration.
• Participate in inventory management and the marketing strategy for new vehicles.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, manufacturer standards, and quality standards.
• Promote a culture of performance, engagement, and operational excellence.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales management, ideally in new vehicles.
• Proven leadership with the ability to mobilize, guide, and develop a team.
• Experience in operational management (Desk Manager) with a strong results orientation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Mastery of automotive sales processes and CRM tools; experience with the Kia network is an asset.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions.
• Versatility and effective management of priorities in a dynamic environment; autonomous, rigorous, and professional ethics.
